The Role:
As a CAVA Team member you are our guests' first experience! You have the opportunity to bring positivity, charm and an exceptional experience to each customer every time they walk through our doors. From greeting guests with genuine passion, to teaching customers about our vibrant food menu options and customizing their meals to their personal preferences, our team members do it all.
What You’ll Do

- \nEnthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested \n \n
- \nKeep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized \n \n
- \nFollow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency \n \n
- \nAdhere to safety and sanitation procedures \n \n
- \nRestock stations and keep them clean and organized \n \n
- \nEnsure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant \n \n
- \nDeliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests \n \n
- \nPut deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned \n \n
- \nAbility to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth \n \n
- \nMay stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds \n \n
- \nAssist with any additional duties assigned \n \n

\nPhysical Requirements:

- \nMust be able to bend and reach overhead often \n \n
- \nMust possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment \n \n
- \nMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold \n \n

- \nMay be required to work in tight spaces \n \n
- \nMust maintain near constant communication with multiple people \n \n
- \nClose vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required \n \n
- \nMust be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally \n \n
- \nMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner \n \n
- \nMay be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions \n \n
