Learning + Development Coordinator:

The Ops Services Learning + Development team is responsible for finding ways to help our team members thrive in their roles + enable them to grow a career at CAVA. We do this through leader-led coaching and training programs, on-the-job training and reference materials, and learning experiences provided through our Learning Management System (LMS).

What You’ll Do:

  • Learning Management System Administration: user management, content uploading, reporting, and content maintenance
  • Support L+D programs by managing weekly reports and other administrative tasks
  • Build and distribute reporting on LMS utilization, identify trends and offer recommendations for solutions as needed
  • Support restaurant operations by quickly responding to service desk requests related to the LMS from restaurants (during regular restaurant hours)
  • Support the creation and updating of learning content utilizing Articulate 360
  • Proofread and perform quality control measures for restaurant-facing content including internal communications, printed collateral, and digital learning interfaces
  • Collect, analyze, and report on learner feedback to support the continuous improvement of L+D programs
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure LMS works with other CAVA systems
  • Maintain user feedback loop and create quarterly reports
  • Meet monthly with LMS vendor customer success manager and report back on upcoming system updates or enhancements

The Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience managing an LMS (or similar SaaS platform) preferred
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing learning data and making recommendations
  • Professional presence with LMS partners and restaurant team members
  • Highly organized and is skilled in project management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and balance priorities in a fluid work environment
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Articulate 360 (Storyline, Presenter, RISE)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Restaurant Operations Training preferred
  • A passion for food, people and storytelling

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
