The Customer Learning Expert at Echo360 plays a vital role in ensuring customers are successful in adopting, optimizing, and expanding their use of Echo360 solutions, ultimately resulting in higher gross retention rates.

This position supports the onboarding process but is primarily focused on post-onboarding enablement, driving long-term value realization and customer retention. This role blends responsibilities from customer education, sales enablement, and solutions engineering by delivering training experiences, promoting feature adoption, and cultivating cross-customer use case awareness.

Requirements:

The Primary Responsibilities for this role include

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions that help customers understand core capabilities and best practices for their Echo360 solution.

• Create and maintain enablement content, including tutorials, user guides, training decks, and video walkthroughs.

• Conduct ongoing feature training for new releases and ensure customers are aware of and equipped to use the latest platform innovations.

• Facilitate customer workshops, webinars, and demos that drive deeper product adoption and measurable success outcomes.

• Act as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, advising on product fit, feature usage, and training needs.

• Collect, curate, and share compelling customer use cases to inspire adoption across the customer base.

• Track training impact through usage data and feedback to continuously improve learning resources and delivery methods.

• Assist in pre-sales activities such as demo support or pilot program consultation, where training expertise enhances customer confidence.

• Support the development of certification or learning path programs for customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in customer training, customer success, solutions consulting, or sales enablement, preferably in a SaaS or EdTech environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.

• Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Salesforce, LMS platforms, and screen recording/editing tools.

• A passion for helping people learn and succeed, paired with strong product curiosity.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate benefits to diverse customer personas.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Some travel may be required (10–15%) for customer workshops or company events.

Additional Job Details:

This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States. For US-based positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
