Echo360 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our core go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce administration, system configuration, and cross-functional enablement.

This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, ensure data integrity, and improve operational efficiency across connected GTM tools. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable owning day-to-day Salesforce administration while contributing to larger systems and process initiatives in a growing SaaS environment.

The Primary Responsibilities for this role include:

Systems Administration & Enablement

· Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and integrated GTM systems such as Outreach and Gainsight.

· Configure and maintain workflows, fields, automation, validation rules, and system enhancements.

· Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and permissioning across GTM tools.

· Maintain system performance, reliability, and data integrity across connected applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver systems-related initiatives.

Business Systems Analysis & Optimization

· Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

· Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and system optimization.

· Support system projects from discovery through implementation.

· Evaluate new tools and integrations to support evolving business needs.

Data Analysis & Insights

· Provide ad hoc data analysis and insights to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.

· Build and maintain reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights related to system usage and operational effectiveness.

· Partner with GTM teams to support accurate data tracking and reporting within Salesforce and connected tools.

· Monitor data quality and lead initiatives to improve data hygiene and standardization.

· Define and help enforce consistent metrics and reporting frameworks across systems.

Required Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role.

· Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, and automation.

· Experience administering and supporting a CPQ platform

· Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and validation rules.

· Experience supporting business users across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Operations.

· Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

· Salesforce Administrator certification (current or in progress).

· Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo.

· Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.

· Exposure to BI tools or light SQL.

· Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, Ironclad, or DocuSign.

Additional Job Details:

This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States. For US-based positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
