Overview:
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Contract: Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in our Swords Office (Dublin)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: Supervisor, Inside Sales (Incentives)
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and develop our SME client base while promoting the One4all Corporate product range. This role is perfect for someone with proven sales experience - whether from retail, telesales, or an inside sales position.
You’ll play a key part in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to a high‑performing team focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute quarterly outbound campaigns and handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to grow your client base.
- Promote One4all solutions, clearly articulating product value and cost‑saving benefits to SME customers.
- Process corporate sales orders, handle gift card replacements, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Keep accurate records, update pipelines, and provide weekly performance reports.
- Assist the Corporate Sales team with general enquiries and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
- Work closely with the Ireland Accounts team to resolve queries and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Background in retail sales, telesales, or an inside sales role - with proven ability to sell, influence, and meet targets.
- A strong desire to build a successful career in B2B sales.
- A proactive, service‑driven approach with a genuine interest in understanding and supporting client needs.
- Clear, confident written and verbal English for effective customer and team interactions.
- Reliable, organised, and accurate in handling administrative and sales tasks.
- Collaborative, supportive, and able to work independently when required.
