Responsibilities:

As a Product Operations Intern at BHN, you will work directly with our Product Operations team while gaining cross-functional exposure to product management, engineering, program management, and business operations teams. You will support product operational processes, contribute to product enablement initiatives, and help optimize the product development lifecycle.

You will:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and operational data to inform product decisions
  • Support the optimization of product processes, workflows, and tools used by product teams
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product lifecycle documentation, dashboards, and operational reports
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in STEM majors, Business Administration, Product Management, or similar
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong excel and data visualization skills preferred (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Passion for technology products and eagerness to learn product development processes

Benefits:

Salary Range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 2 paid holidays in the year 2026, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
