Department Overview:

The operations department is directly responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of digital and physical gift cards into our distribution partners.

Purpose of the role

Contribute to the daily operation of the supply chain operations team via the ownership of order processing, Order Scheduling and Order profile management.

Key responsibilities and objectives

• Processing inventory replenishment orders for distribution partners.
• Processing Ad hoc order fulfillment requests from store, sales team and partners as required.
• Manage store inventory increments and decrements as required.

• Set and maintain order scheduling and uplifts for commerce replenishment.
• Regular liaison and planning with sales team and external partners, with regards order process status and tracking information updates.
• Provide order scheduling /shipment/stock on hand reporting as required weekly / periodically.
• Provide cross functional updates on replenishment and Ad hoc order processing.

What does success look like in this role?

• Supply chain cost per card target achieved through efficient order management.
• All relevant databases that relate to supply up to date.
• No outstanding manual store orders.
• Keeping Supply Chain Operations Director across all extra ordinary costs & billings.
• Instances of out of stock minimized.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and manage technical details of various programs and explain key elements to key stakeholders.
• Medium to advanced Excel skills is a prerequisite.
• Previous experience in FMCG based order management/demand planning role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically. Formulate action plans, and sell them through to management.
• Ability to work hands on as part of a small team.
