STUDIO AMBASSADOR
WTHN is making modern wellness rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine accessible. We offer acupuncture, cupping,ear seeding services as well as a curated wellness boutique. We have locations in Flatiron, Upper West Side, Williamsburg and our newest location opening in NOHO summer 2025!
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to prioritize tasks and pivot to the needs of the business including booking appointments, changing appointments, and helping clients book over the phone and through our website
- Upholds operational policies, procedures to optimize performance and ensure consistent client experiences.
- Able to uphold HIPAA compliance throughout the studio
- Provide exemplary client experience through exceptional hospitality
- Fosters a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning and improvement within the Studio team across clinical staff, facilities, and front of house.
- Support Management team with admin tasks such as ordering, scheduling, and goal tracking
- Assists in merchandizing and stocking the sales floor
- Passion for selling products and loves to teach clients about new arrivals.

- You have superior customer service skills and are a “hospitality champion” among the team, leading by example in each client interaction. You can provide exceptional service in person, on the phone, and via email - no matter how difficult the situation.
- You have a passion for wellness and helping people.
- You can communicate clearly and professionally with your leadership, teammates, and clients.
- You take feedback well and are constantly striving to learn and evolve in your work environment.
- You are available to work flexible/non-traditional hours including at least one weekend day weekly and some holidays
- Strongly preferred: 1+ years experience working in a retail environment with experience taking a leadership role in a brick & mortar retail or service business
